nasal congestion blocked stuffy nose

 Generally, people suffer due to nose blocked due to which one suffers from headache, frequent sneezing, breathing problem and many others. Doctor prescribes medicines which give temporary relief. It is observed many people suffers lifelong (especially in the winter) and ultimately fall in serious diseases. In many cases, a lot of money is wasted just through medicines and consultancy.

How easily can one get relief from  blocked stuffy nose and congestion?

1.  Clean your nostril by using steam or hot water. Without steam or hot water, you can also clean your nostril. In this case, you need to close one nostril by your finger and have long breath in/out through the other nostril few times, you will see a lot stuff(clogged mucus) will come out from your nostril. Repeat the same for the other nostril. Clean your nostril with water. Now you will realize that your nose is unblocked and your headache will be over.

2. Once the nose is unblocked/free, you have to put mustard oil inside the nostril. This you have to repeat it (pour mustard oil) in the early morning; at day time say around 1-2 pm; then around 5-7 pm and lastly before you sleep i.e. during bed time. You can also do it only 2 times also (in the early morning and before going to bed), but it may take little more time for recovery. 

3. If by doing (1) and (2), you are not relieved; and you are sneezing too much then you have some allergy to dust and cold. In this case you should take an antiallergic medicine like Levocetirizine M Tablet (one at Bedtime). If you get relief, you will be sure that you have allergy to dust and cold. In this case, you wear warm clothes during cold season; and when you are going to walk outside, you should use a mask or hanky (surrounding your nose). This will heal you quickly.

4. If you use eucalyptus oil with steam or with hanky, you will heal faster. During bedtime, you can pour 2-3 drops of eucalyptus oil  on your pillow: This also will help you to heal faster.

Follow 1-4 to clear your nose and have a good health.
